Earline "Taunt Non" Valerie Sanchez, age 98, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 
2014 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. 
She was a native and resident of Choctaw.

Visitation will be held from 8:00 am until 10:15 am on Monday, May 5, 2014. 
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
in Chackbay. 

Burial will follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor cemetery in Chackbay.

She is survived by her children; Tina Sanchez Maynard and husband Johnny, Carol 
Sanchez, Hemanuel Sanchez and wife Brenda, Wallace Sanchez and wife Arlene and 
Clayton Sanchez and wife Marilyn. Sisters, Melba Sanchez and Doris Sanchez; 
nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Salvadore Sanchez, parents 
Wallace Joseph Ordoyne and Lilly Tabor Ordoyne. Sisters Louise Duet and Frances 
Larose, brothers Roland, Wilton and Samuel Ordoyne; grandchildren, Ryan Andras 
and Franny Sanchez, and great-granddaughter Jessi Gaudet.

She loved to spend her days rocking on the porch and fun-filled night at 
Cypress Bayou Casino. Enjoyed having fun with family and friends.

The family would like to thank St. Joseph's Medical Clinic doctors and staff 
and also the doctors and staff at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center.
