PERRY MICHAEL "PHAT" SOUTHALL, an employee of Weatherford died May 13, 2014 at 
Ochsner Medical Foundation. 
He was 32, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA. 

Visiting at Moses Baptist Church, 1032 Canal Blvd., Thibodaux, LA from 9:00am 
to Religious Services at 11:00am conducted by Rev. Lloyd Jones. 

Burial in Calvary United Methodist church cemetery in Thibodaux, LA. 

Survived by his daughter, Zion Southall; Parents, Linda Southall and Perry 
Perio of Thibodaux, LA; 2 sisters, Jessica and Whitney Southall; 2 brothers, 
Deadren Rhodes and Cody Coleman; Maternal Grandparents, James and Lou Audrey 
Southall; Devoted friend, Cornisha Williams; Also a host of other relatives and 
friends. 

Preceded in death by Paternal Grandparents, Alma and Joseph Perio, Sr.
