Bernetta J. Stevenson, 45, a native and resident of Donaldsonville, died 
Tuesday, May 20, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Williams and Southall Funeral 
Home in Donaldsonville and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Shekinah 
Glory Christian Fellowship Church in St. James. Funeral services will be at 11 
a.m. Monday at the church, 

with burial in Protestant Cemetery in Donaldsonville. 

She is survived by her husband, Michael Stevenson, of Donaldsonville; sons, 
Jeremy (Latoya) and Jacoby Ealem, of Donaldsonville; parents, Shirley and 
Herbert Williams, of Donaldsonville; brothers, Herbert Jr. and Brian (Dorothy) 
Williams, of White Castle, and Shawn Williams, of Donaldsonville; sisters, 
Renetta Williams and Lakisha (Robert) Banks, of Gonzales, Anita (Russell) 
Williams, of Plattenville, Natasha Williams, of White Castle, Lynetta Jackson, 
of Darrow, and Latisha Williams, of Donaldsonville; and four grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Paul and Katy Bell; and 
paternal grandparents, Horace and Gertie Williams. 

Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Donaldsonville is in charge of 
arrangements.
