Shelby Ann Dufrene Adams, 71, a native of Westwego and resident of Cut Off 
passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2014.

Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Chapel in Cut Off on Tuesday, 
June 17, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be in 
the Chapel at 12:00 p.m. 

with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

She is survived by her ex-husband, Horace P. "Pete" Adams; son, Gerard Adams; 
daughters Priscilla Adams, Justine Fringer; brother, Anthony "Tony" Lombas; 
sisters, Rita Picou, Loretta Breaux, Gwen Griffin; 13 grandchildren and 15 
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Nory Dufrene; mother, Doris Hartman 
Dufrene; brothers, Layton Dufrene, Davis Anthony Lombas; sister, Barbara 
Dufrene; great grandson, Mason Adams.
