Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1406.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Minnie Jo Boudreaux, 89, a native of Taylorsville, Mississippi, and resident of Abita Springs, died at 1:50 p.m. Thursday, June 19, 2014. Visitation will be from 1-6 p.m. Sunday at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East in Baton Rouge. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, Mississippi. She is survived by her sons, Steven Boudreaux, of St. Mary's, Georgia, and Daniel Boudreaux, of Baton Rouge; daughters, Becky Boudreaux Howell and Sandra Boudreaux, of Abita Springs; brother, Oscar G. Smith Jr., of Baton Rouge; sisters, Pat Yagle, of New Mexico, and Beth Lindberg, of Metairie; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her little dog, Tootie Bell. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, Hector J. Boudreaux Jr.; mother, Thelma C. Gibson Smith; father, Oscar G. Smith; and brother, William S. Smith. She loved fishing, cooking, and sewing, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Minnie was a joy to all those who knew her. She was a loving mother, sister, and friend to all. Minnie died peacefully with her family. She will be missed by all. Rabenhorst Funeral Home East in Baton Rouge is in charge of arrangements. ======================
