Evelia LeBlanc Chaisson, 81, died Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 02:30 PM. She was a 
native of Donner, LA and resident of Montegut, LA.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014 from 9:00 AM until Service 
time at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on 
Friday, June 13, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 

Interment: Bisland Cemetery.

She is survived by her, Children, Mary C. Jaubert and husband George, Dudley J. 
Chaisson Jr, and Joey M. Chaisson and wife Maria, Grandchildren, David Jaubert 
and wife Nicole, Christopher Jaubert and Jessica Adams and husband Ryan, and 
Jacob and Mitchell Pitre, 4 Great Grandsons and 2 Great Granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her, Husband, Dudley Joseph Chaisson, Sr, Son, 
Donald P. Chaisson, Parents, Luke Joseph LeBlanc and Celestine Bertrand 
LeBlanc, Brothers, Clifton LeBlanc and Luke LeBlanc, and Sister, Rita L. 
Leonard

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Evelia enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed 
Christmas. She was a loving and caring wife and mother.

The family would like to thank Dr. Fadi Abou-Issa and his staff, Dr. Hermino 
Suazo and his staff, Journey Hospice, nurse Kendra at TGMC and all caregivers 
for wonderful care.
