Mary "Aunt Jean" Chiasson Cheramie, 82, a native and resident of Larose, died 
at 3:10 a.m. Monday, June 9, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Our Lady of the 
Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon 
Wednesday at the church, 

with burial in the church cemetery. 

She is survived by her son, Dean Cheramie and wife, Danielle; daughters, Karen 
C. Curole and husband, Jerry, Dona Williams and husband, Kent, and Kelly Rae 
Cheramie Adams; brother, Eugene Chiasson; sister, Mildred Rousse; 
grandchildren, Bessie Cheramie, Cody Jarreau and wife, Kearney, Roddie Curole, 
Andre' Williams, Darian and Brianna Cheramie, Addie Cheramie and fiance, 
Christopher Vizier, Brody Adams and wife, Daniall, Casey Adams, and Devon 
Adams; and great-grandchildren, Bryce Cheramie, JeRae and Kenedi Jarreau, 
Brendon Curole, Madi, Deacon, Hunter, Paisley and Kenzli Jarreau. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph J. "Rudy" Cheramie; long-time 
companion, Lawrence Falgout Sr.; parents, Arthur Chiasson Sr. and Nora B. 
Chiasson; step-grandson, Jerry Joseph Curole Jr.; great-grandchildren, Nate 
Thomas Jarreau and Mason Thomas Adams; and brothers, P.J., Arnold, A.J., and 
Reynold Chiasson. 

Mary loved dancing.
