Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Andy Scott, Sandra Hancock and Josh Eddy officiating, with burial in Sharon Cemetery. His nephews will serve as pallbearers. He is survived by his children, Dianne (Cisco) Deese, of Ellisville, Mississippi, Debbie (Larry) Johnson, of Sandersville, Mississippi, Donna (James) Poole, of Stonewall, Mississippi, Dwayne Hill, of Houma, and Daryl (Pam) Hill, of Houma; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Marie Hill; sisters, Margaret Graham, Shirley Hankins, Dot McHenry, and Jeanette Hill; and brothers, Ray Hill, Edward "Tee" Hill, Ennis Hill, and Robert Hill. He was a retired owner of Dairy Fresh Distributors, in Houma, where he lived and worked for 40 years. He was also a retired pastor of Des Allemands Baptist Church in Des Allemands, and Gibson Baptist Church in Gibson, which was his true passion (working for his Lord). He retired to his native Sandersville, Mississippi, where he lived out the rest of his life enjoying his family and his church. Of all the accomplishments in his life, he considered his family his greatest accomplishment. Ellisville Funeral Home in Ellisville, Mississippi, is in charge of arrangements. ======================
