"Don" Lynn, 72, a native of Berwick, PA and resident of Bayou Lafourche passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2014. Visitation will be held at Christian Fellowship Church on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Cheramie Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Doreen G. "Dee" Lynn; son, Ronald Lynn; daughters, Sonya Lynn Pitre and husband Claude, Jr., Elizabeth Lynn Pecenka and husband Michael, Laura Lynn Traina; sisters, Waunita Young, Elmira Kishbaugh; grandchildren, Jessica Pitre, Bobby Pitre, Anthony Pitre, Richard Lynn, Elizabeth Guidry, Donald Cooper, Shelly Cooper, Rebecca Pitre, Trey Miller, Charles Lynn, Sebastian Lynn and 15 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Ellen Lynn; son, Donald Lynn, Jr.; brothers, Gary Lynn, Charles Lynn; sister, Theon Smith; grandson, Steven Cooper. He served in the U.S. Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller. He retired from Chevron after 30 years as a Production Superintendent He was an avid deer hunter. He enjoyed traveling, camping.
