Florence Veronica Madise, 58, a native of Morgan City and resident of Berwick, 
died at 12:57 p.m. Monday, June 16, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church in Morgan City. The Rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. today at 
the church followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11 a.m., 

with burial in Morgan City Cemetery. 

She is survived by her companion, Kenneth Brown, of Berwick; sisters, Carolyn 
Davis Thomas and Mrs. Ronnie (Debra) Myer both of Berwick, Mrs. Jerald (Mary) 
Watson, of Morgan City, Mrs. Frank (Monica) Jones and Mrs. Lawrence (Ellen) 
Darnell, both of Patterson; and brother, Norbert Madise, of Bayou Vista. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Madise and Daisy Mae Davis 
Madise; son, Sherman Arthur Madise; and brother, Joseph Peter "Mark" Madise. 

Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
