Louise Elizabeth Matherne, 61, a native of Des Allemands and resident of Houma, 
died Tuesday, June 3, 2014. 

Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at First Assembly of God Church in 
Des Allemands. 

She is survived by her sons, Ronald Usea Jr., Clay Usea, Kelly Usea, Joseph 
Blanchard IV and William Blanchard; daughter, Rhonda Usea; brothers, Robert 
Matherne Sr., Melvin Matherne and Hubert Matherne Jr.; sisters, Caroline 
Morales and Martha Martin; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert Matherne Sr. and Martha 
Comardelle Matherne; and sister, Mary Jane Matherne. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
