Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1406.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Bruce Joseph "Lil Chief" Naquin, 89, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died Saturday, June 7, 2014, at 2:50 a.m. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. Louis Church in Bayou Blue. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at St. Louis Church, with burial to follow St. Louis Church cemetery in Bayou Blue. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jeannette Delaune Naquin; grandsons, Seth and Paul Guidry; daughter, Elizabeth and husband, Lee Guidry; sisters, Joy Goodroe, Claire Fanguy, Barbara Mapp, and Jane Gautreaux. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aurestile and Thelma Dupre Naquin; brother, Roy Naquin; and sisters, Thelma Blankenship, Judith Naquin, and Phyllis Hebert. He was a parishioner of St. Louis Church in Bayou Blue. He was a World War II Navy veteran and was an employee for Texaco Oil for over 35 years.
