Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1406.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Bertha Mae Nolan, 79, a native of Lafourche Parish and a resident of Thibodaux, died Sunday, June 29, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Morning Star Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Blue Lily Cemetery. She is survived by: four daughters, Catherine (Eddie) Carter, Brenda (Albert) Alexis, Donna (Joey) Siebles, and Maxine Allen; a sister, Thelma (Raymond) Rounds; two brothers, Edward (Dorothy) Nolan and Freddie (Janice) Nolan; thirteen grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: one son, George Allen, Jr.; her parents, Edward Nolan, Sr. and Eliza Wilson-Nolan; four brothers, Daniel, Benny and Bentley Nolan and Henry Butler, Sr.; four sisters, Elise Rounds, Caldonia Nolan, Nitronbell Nolan and Gladys Nolan.
