Bertha Theresa Pitre, 55, died Sunday, June 22, 2014 at 08:05 PM. She was a 
native of Pointe aux Chenes and resident of Montegut, LA.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM 
at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 
Service time at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be 
held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 

Interment: Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.

She is survived by her, Husband of 33 years, Harry Pitre, Daughter, Angie 
Richard and husband Christopher Richard, Mother, Ada Billiot Dardar, Sisters, 
Julia Miranda and husband Jose, Henrietta Simoneaux and husband Dale, Jackie 
Bryan and husband Michael, and Brothers, Gary Dardar, Jerry Dardar and wife 
Terry, Terry Dardar and wife Patti and Adam Dardar and wife ShanaRae.

She was preceded in death by her, Father, Henry Joseph Dardar, and Sisters, Ada 
Ann Dardar and Shirley Crochet Aucoin.

She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Bertha was an amazing wife, mother and sister. She was a compassionate woman 
who thought of others before herself, she was loved by everyone. 
We are all filled with wonderful memories, she was an angel on earth. 
She was a very devout Catholic, but she embraced all religions.
