Doris Hebert Allemand, 81, was born on May 30, 1933 and passed away on July 10, 
2014. She was a native of Napoleonville, LA and resident of Choupic, LA.

A visitation will be held on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church in Chackbay from 8:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of 
Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 AM 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery in 
Chackbay.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Roland Allemand; children, 
Cheryl Hebert and husband Harry, Cindy Mckee and husband Joe, and Chris 
Allemand; sister, Dorothy Hebert; grandchildren, Crystal Guillot, Kimberly 
Andras; great grandchildren, Cherish Pitre, twins Joshua and Joseph Pitre, 
Lilly Guillot, and Will Andras, Jr.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Avelie Hebert; brothers, 
Herman, Norman, Ralph, and Urie Hebert and sisters, Emily Prejean and Alma 
Cavalier.

She was a devoted Catholic and prayed the Rosary daily. She also enjoyed 
spending her time playing Bingo and watching Soap Operas. In her younger years, 
she loved to cook and bake for her family. 
She was a giving person who always shared what she had with others. She will be 
greatly missed by her family and friends
