Eugenia ÒJaneÓ Babin, 91, a native of Pointe-aux-Chenes and resident of Baton 
Rouge died Monday, July 14, 2014.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral 
Home. A Catholic service will be held at 10 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home 

with interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Montegut.

She is survived by her sister, Delores Matherne, and stepbrother, Louby 
(Emmadel) Dupre; sons, Terry (Marion) Neal, Sherwin (Kathleen) Neal, Carl (Mary 
Helen) Neal and Edward (Lisa) Neal, 12 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and 
many great and great great grandchildren and step grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Louisa Dupre Naquin, 
stepmother, Ida Dupre Naquin, brothers, Nolan Naquin and Clinice Naquin, 
sister, Eula Naquin Authement, son, Errol Gene Neal, grandson, Terry Neal, Jr., 
great granddaughter, Angie Brandon, stepsisters, Clonise LeBoeuf and Lorenza 
Dupre White, and stepbrother, Linus Dupre
