Camille "Dolphin" Scarpulla Barriconi, 93, a native and resident of Thibodaux, 
LA, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014.

Visitation will be held in her honor on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Thibodaux 
Funeral Home Chapel, Thibodaux, LA from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, July 
21, 2014 at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral, Thibodaux, LA from 8:00 AM until the Mass 
of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. 

The burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Thibodaux,LA.

She is survived by two daughters, Roxann Barriconi Dopson and Patricia Pizzuto 
Lefort; five granddaughters, Kolin Dopson Mahan, and husband Caleb, Micki 
Dopson, Bethani Dopson, Daphne Shaffer, and Rachael Latvenas; five great-
grandchildren, Heather Dempster, and husband Morgen, Casey Barnes, Aaron 
Barnes, Trent Shaffer and Cohen Mahan; three great-great-grandchildren, Austin 
Wasdin, and Reese and Rowen Dempster; two nieces, Louise Riche and husband, 
Claude Jr., and Moncia Scarpulla; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years Alton Barriconi, her 
father Joseph Scarpulla, her mother Fortunette Marisco Scarpulla; her five 
siblings, Tony, John, and Joseph Scarpulla Jr., Rose Savoie, and Alvine 
Theriot; and one son-in-law Ronald Lefort.

She was a loving and wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother who was loved 
dearly and will be missed very much.
