Jason "J.J." Michael Blanchard, 43, a native and resident of Galliano, was born 
on January 18, 1971, and passed away Monday, July 7, 2014. 

No services are scheduled at this time. 

He is survived by his parents, Walton "Toto" Blanchard Sr. and Rita P. 
Blanchard; siblings, Thistle B. (Donald) Callais, Regina Blanchard, Walton "Bo" 
(Jade) Blanchard Jr., Kelly B. (John "Winnie") Wunstell, and Keeland (Theresa) 
Blanchard; six nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and great-nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Abel and Flerita Terrebonne 
Blanchard, and Ecland Sr. and Florida Angelette Pitre. 

He enjoyed walking, writing, astrology, reading, music, and yoga. 

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
