Clemille T. "C.J." Danos Jr., 84, a native of Raceland and resident of Larose, 
was born July 7, 1930, and passed away peacefully at his home Sunday, July 13, 
2014. 

Clemille donated his body to LSU and no services are planned at this time. 

He is survived by his devoted wife of 39 years, Barbara Guidry Danos; son, 
Clemille (Diane) Danos III; daughters, Julie D. Racca and Mary D. Lusk; 
stepchildren, Laurie B. Jordon and companion, Jerry Autin, and Craig (Nina) 
Blanchard; grandchildren, Travis and Shawn Danos; Alissa and Caleb, Courtney, 
Jared and Brandan, and Beau and Nicholas Blanchard; and great-grandchildren, 
Morgan, Andrew and Cody Danos, and Levi and Rebecca Danos. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Clemille Danos Sr.; and mother, Eunice 
B. Knight. Clemille was a retired cattleman. He enjoyed riding horses, and 
spending time with his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed speaking French 
with his friends.
