Isabel Marse Delatte, 91, a native and resident of Vacherie died on Tuesday, 
July 1, 2014.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2014 from 8:00 am until 10:45 am 
at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie. Mass of Christian Burial will 
be held at 11:00 am at the church 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church cemetery in 
Vacherie.

She is survived by two children; Sandra Waguespack and husband Jerry Waguespack 
and Honorine Mars and husband Fred Mars, Jr. Four grandchildren, Teresa and 
Mark Pipkin, Kelly and Ryan Orgeron, Celeste and Kevin Authement, Jamie and 
Della Stieffel, Lisa and Brian Barras, Mona and Lanny Small and Keith 
Waguespack. Eleven great-grandchildren; Brandon Larousse, Trent Larousse, Ryan 
Orgeron II, Eric Stieffel, Ryan Pipkin, Alec Stieffel, Logan Authement, Adeline 
Authement, Kevin Barras, Shannon Barras, Gabriel Small. Four great-great 
grandchildren and one sister, Josephine M. Ballanga.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lionel Delatte, her parents, James 
Marse and Therancia Falgoust Marse. Three brothers; Gaston Marse, Phillip 
Marse, James Marse, Jr., three sisters, Edna Rougee, Cecile Simon, Cecilia 
Webre and one great-grandchild.
