Anthony "Black" J Fazzio, 94, a native and a resident of Houma, died Monday, 
July 21, 2014.

Visitation will be Friday, July 25, 2014 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma 5pm - 
9pm. and Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 9am - 11am
A Mass of Christian Burial at 11am on Saturday, July 26 2014 at Holy Rosary 
Catholic Church

Burial will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Houma, LA.

Survived by :
Sons - Curtis Fazzio and wife Maxine, Raymond Fazzio and Steve Fazzio and wife 
Maxine
Daughters - Linda Fazzio and Sheila F. Dupre and husband Wilbert "Boo", Jr.
Sister - Mary Eschete
Grandchildren - 10
Great Grandchildren - 9
Step great grandchild - 5
