Teresa "Terry" Ielene Herrington, 62, a native of Coffeyville, KS and a 
resident of Thibodaux, died Wednesday, July 30, 2014.

Services will be held in Havana, Kansas.

She is survived by her partner, Susann Smith; and 2 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Michael Shawn Garoutte.
