SHIRLEY MAE JACKSON: Departed this life Monday, July 14, 2014 at Terrebonne 
General Medical Center. She was 76, a native of Napoleonville, LA and a 
resident of Thibodaux, LA. 

Visiting at Williams & Southall Funeral Home, 1204 Cleveland Street, Thibodaux, 
LA Friday, July 18, 2014 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Visiting at St. Paul Baptist 
Church in Napoleonville, LA on Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 9:00am to Religious 
Services at 11:00am conducted by Rev. Herman Daniels. 

Burial in St. Peter Baptist Church Cemetery in Thibodaux, LA. 

Survived by 6 daughters, Gail (Lancy) Meads, Janice (Clarence) Meads, Betty 
(Floyd) Skidmore, Genie Jackson and Lorry (Elton) Bolden, all of Thibodaux, LA, 
and Shirley (Harold) Patterson of Gonzales, LA; 3 sons, Warren (Joyce) Jackson, 
and Paul (Yolanda) Davis of Gray, LA, Mark (Kristie) Davis of Union City, GA; 5 
brothers, Edison Davis, Jr., Obra Davis, Sr., Leonce Plant, III, Clarence 
Kelley and Melvin Plant, Sr.; Also a host of grandchildren, great 
grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Jackson; 1 son, Donald Johnson; 
Parents, Alma and Edison Davis, Sr.; 3 sisters, Eula Pearl Thibodeaux, Audrey 
Garrett and Joyce Ann Williams.
