Louise Ruffin Madise, age 89, a native and a resident of Morgan City, La., died 
Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 9:05 AM at Morgan City Healthcare.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Mt. Zion  Baptist Church, 507 
Fourth St., Morgan City, La.,  from 8:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM. 

Entombment will be in the Mausoleum of the Morgan City Cemetery. 
Pastor Ivy Wilson, Jr., will officiate the services.

Louise leaves to cherish her memories five sons, Junius Singleton, III., 
Delbert K. (Shelleta) Madise, Rodney J. (Muriel) Madise, Kevin A. (Victoria) 
Madise, Sr. and Theron (Kimberly) Madise all of Morgan City, La.; two sisters, 
Lillian Ruffin Randle of Morgan City, La, and Irene Ruffin Louis of Port 
Arthur, Tx. and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives 
and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Nathan Joseph Ruffin, Jr., and Eva Dorsey 
Ruffin; her husband, Warren Madise, Sr., a son, Warren Madise, Jr.,  a 
grandson, Theron Madise, Jr., four brothers, Nathan Ruffin, III, Arthur Ruffin, 
Roussell Ruffin and Sylvester Ruffin; and four sisters, Lillie Mae Ruffin, 
Josephine Ruffin Scott, Barbara Ruffin Welch and Evelyn Ruffin Wilson.
