Alidore Joseph Mahler, , was born on December 10, 1929 and passed away on July 
1, 2014. He was a native of Kraemer and resident of Chackbay, LA.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Our Lady of Prompt 
Succor Catholic Church from 8:00 AM until funeral time. A Mass of Christian 
Burial will take place at 10:30 AM 

with burial in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Loredia Gros Mahler; children, Earl and 
wife Linda, Mary Mahler, Thelma Boudreaux and husband Marty, Anthony Mahler and 
fiance' Trish; daughter-in-law, Dorraine Mahler; brothers, Albert Sr., Butley 
Sr., and Lester; sisters, Mabel Morvant, Gertrude Simoneaux, Henrietta Landry; 
grandkids, Felicia Mahler, Bo Boudreaux, Al Boudreaux, Casie Babin, Brad Babin, 
Dustin Mahler; and great granddaughter, Myleigh.

He is preceded in death by his two sons, Norman Mahler and Kerman Mahler; 
parents, Henry Mahler Sr. and Florestine Durocher Mahler; brothers, Claude Sr., 
Louis "Jack", Henry Jr., Vincent, and Norman; sisters, Lousie Constant, Frances 
Ruelet, and Jeanne Guidry.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, INC. is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
