Rosalie Zilton Sanders, 60, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Gray, 
died Sunday, July 13, 2014. 

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m until funeral time Saturday at 
Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church in Gray. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. 

She is survived by her husband, Edward Sanders; sons, Da'Juan Paul Sanders and 
Vaughn (Tuelia) Bean; daughter, Michelle Sanders LaGarde; brother, Clarence 
(Gloria) Daggs; sisters, Hazel (James II) Harding, Catherine Duplantis, Marenda 
(Roland) Myles, and Doretha Z. Walker; and 10 grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Lucille Kirtman Zilton; 
sister, Audrey Mae Antoine; and brother, Edward Zilton Sr. Jones Funeral Home 
in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
