Archie Paul Chaisson Sr., 84, a native of Montegut and resident of Thibodaux 
was born on April 27, 1930 and passed away on August 19, 2014.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 6:00 PM till 9:00 PM at 
Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel and on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 8:00 AM 
till funeral time at St. John the Evangelist in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian 
Burial will take place at 11:00 AM at the church. 

Interment will be in St. John the Evangelist cemetery in Thibodaux.

He is survived by his, children, Vicki Angelloz and husband Barry, Archie P. 
Chaisson Jr. and wife Stacy, Michael J. Chaisson and wife Patti, and Corbert J. 
Chaisson and wife Bonnie; siblings, Luke (Joe) Chaisson, Verla Hotard, Brenda 
Robichaux and Dorothy (Dot) Chaisson; grandchildren, Samantha Himel, Jenny 
Bonvillian, Barry Angelloz Jr., Jude Chaisson, Archie Chaisson III, Jamie 
Gaspard, Justin Chaisson, Jeremy Chaisson, Chad Chaisson, Brittany Chaisson; 
great grandchildren, Sadie, Bryce, Jacob, Hunter, Peyton Himel, Austin, Collin 
Bonvillian, Evelyn Chaisson, Carson, Claire, Chloe Gaspard, Isabelle, Greysyn 
Chaisson; great-great grandchild, Carson Mac Daniel.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Gladys Breaux Chaisson 
parents, Luc Chaisson and Adele Guidry Chaisson; siblings, Dudley, Ruble 
(Butch), Merton (Pete) Chaisson, Ester Ellender.

Thibodaux Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
