Irene C. Clement, 97, a native and resident of Chackbay passed away on 
Wednesday August 27, 2014.

Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in 
Chackbay on Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass 
of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. 

with burial to follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery in 
Chackbay.

She is survived by her sons, Carroll Clement, Roland Clement, Raymond Clement; 
daughters, Corrine Clement Gros, Joann Clement Naquin, Mary Clement Chiasson; 
brother, Guy Clement; 21 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 15 great 
great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie "T-Ed" Clement; father, Joseph 
O. Clement; mother, Marie Chiasson Clement; son, Terry Clement; brother, Norris 
Clement; sister, Enola Clement Braud; grandchild, Dale Gros.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
