Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1408.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Judy Guidroz Danos, 71, a native of Marrero and a resident of Raceland, joined her Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 24, 2014 surrounded by her husband of 47 years (Sept. 16), children, grandchildren, great grandchild, brother-in-law; sister-in-law and friends. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Raceland, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Mary Catholic Church cemetery, Raceland. She is survived by her husband, Connie Joseph Danos; daughter, Kimberly S. "Kiki" Keeler; son, Shannon Joseph "Popeye" Danos; grandson, John R. Keeler, Jr. (Kristin); great granddaughter, Kenzi E. Keeler; brother, Nolan Guidroz Jr. (Peggy); sisters, Rosemary G. Bulmer (Bob), Helen G. Percle (Preston); brothers-in-law, Sonny Danos (Dorothy), Dennis Danos Jr. (Leona); and sister in law, Alberta Danos and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nolan Guidroz Sr. and Marie Robichaux Guidroz; niece, Ronna Dupont Benson and brother-in law, Calvin Danos Sr. She lived for her family and friends and making memories each day. She loved Bingo, dancing and was much supportive of Cerebral Palsy and numerous charitable organizations and schools that her children and grandson attended. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was self employed as a hair dresser in Marrero and was also employed by Time Saver and 7-11 on the westbank. She was a member American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 349 of Raceland. The family would like to thank the Doctors and Staff of Ochsner St. Anne Hospital, Acadian Ambulance and Southern Care Hospice and all family and friends for your support, love, prayers and help with her long illness.
