Doris Dugas, 90, of Thibodaux, died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014, at Lafourche Home 
for the Aged and Infirm in Thibodaux. 

The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday at St. 
Genevieve Catholic Church in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 
11 a.m. Monday at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. 

Born Wednesday, Sept. 26, 1923, in Bayou Blue, she was the daughter of the late 
Walter Thibodaux and the late Alfreida Samanie Thibodaux. She was the wife of 
the late Louis Dugas. She is survived by her son, Louis Dugas Jr.; daughter, 
Linda Dugas Landry, of Thibodaux; sister, Iris Robichaux; three grandchildren; 
and four great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her daughters, Judy Dugas and Jackie Dugas; 
brothers, Alvin, Benson, Reynold and Felton Thibodaux; and sisters, Lorraine T. 
Breaux, Mona Pitre and Mary Ann Thibodaux. 

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
