Melinda "Mindy" Chabert Guidry, 54, a native and resident of Cut Off, passed 
away on Monday, August 4, 2014.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 
Community Bible Church, Cut Off, LA. Religious services will be held at 1:00 PM 
Thursday at Community Bible Church 

with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.

She is survived by her companion, Sonya Charpentier Adams; sons, Joshua Danos, 
Chene Guidry and wife Kattie R. Guidry; mother, Barbara "Bobbie" McCarthy 
Chabert; brother, Godfrey Pete Chabert, Jr.; sister, Debra Chabert Griffin and 
1 grandchild on the way, Karver Joseph Guidry.

She was preceded in death by her father, Godfrey Chabert, Sr. and sisters, 
Christine Chabert and Carolyn "Carrie" Lombas.

Falgout Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
