Rita Templet Guillot, 90, passed away August 28, 2014, resident of Thibodaux 
and a native of Labadieville. 

Visitation will be from 8:30AM until funeral time at St. Genevieve Catholic 
Church, Monday, September 1, 2014. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11AM 
at the church, 

with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Russel L. Guillot and wife Sandie; grandchildren, 
Kevin L. Benoit and wife Debbie, Chris J. Benoit and wife Jessica, Connie 
Benoit Sirois and husband Kirk, Laurin Guillot Grevemberg and husband Kenny; 
great-grandchildren, Katie B. Granier and husband Joshua, Kandyce B. Simoneaux 
and husband Carl, Ali Benoit and fiancˇ Josh, Kerilyn Benoit, Maddi Benoit, 
Abigail Sirois, James Sirois, Sydney Grace Sirois and Clayre Benoit; great-
great-grandchildren, Tate Granier and Liam Simoneaux.

Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence J. Guillot; parents, Rodolph J. 
Templet and Adel Simoneaux Templet; daughter, Nedra Benoit; brother, Camile 
Templet; sisters, Elise Landry and Lola Gros.
