Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until funeral time Friday at St. Joseph Co- Cathedral in Thibodaux. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial in St. Joseph cemetery in Thibodaux. A balloon release will follow his burial at Peltier Park. He is survived by his parents, Stanley and Caroline Lundrigan; maternal grandfather, Dr. Michael Cooper; and his paternal grandparents, Reginald and June Lundrigan. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Judith "Mamom" Rochˇ Cooper; and three siblings, Baby L,, Baby E, and Baby B. Joseph was the son of Stanley and Caroline Lundrigan, of Pflugerville, Texas. He was affectionately known as "Charlie" to family and friends who celebrated his life long before he was born. He touched the lives of many in his short time here on earth and he provided his parents a lifetime of love before he went to meet Mr. Jesus at 12:50 a.m. During that short time he was held close to his mother's heart as his father watched over them. He was baptized and declared a child of God as his parents prayed over him thanking God for the miracle of his life. Charlie passed gently and peacefully as he entered heaven ready to embrace the arms of Mr. Jesus. Waiting for him there are his three siblings who never had the chance to meet their parents here on earth. They are all missed and his parents long for the day that they will be united once again in God's heavenly kingdom. During his short life, Charlie was reassured that he was heaven bound. In the words of his parents, borrowed from scripture, "You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased." (Mark 1:11) In lieu of flowers, we would be honored to have you support the Trappist Monks Child Casket Fund as they supported us in our time of need. ======================
