Edward Matthews, 86. A native and resident of Houma, LA died on Monday, August 
25, 2014. 

Funeral Services will be held at Community Funeral Home on Saturday, August 30, 
2014 with visitation from 12:00p.m. until funeral time at 2:00p.m. 

with burial at Southdown Cemetery. He is survived by his sister, Eva Matthews 
Becnel and her husband Raymond. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Zelma Berry Matthews and Charles 
Matthews, one sister, Edna Matthews Branch.
