Martin E. Naquin, 66, a native of Thibodaux and resident of LaPlace, died 
Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation 5-9 p.m. Tuesday at 
Millet-Guidry Funeral Home in LaPlace and from 9 a.m. until funeral time 
Wednesday at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in LaPlace. A Mass of 
Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, 

with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. 

He was the husband of Cynthia Molaison Naquin; father of Liz Villemarette 
(William) and Ben Naquin (Codi); grandfather of Kayley, L.J., Lexi, and Brian 
Naquin, and Brooklyn Villemarette; son of the late Edward and Jane Naquin; 
brother of Raymond, Allen, and James Naquin, Brenda Arceneaux, and the late 
Joseph and Gerald Naquin, Catherine Picou, Marjorie Andras, and Iris Oubre. 

Millet-Guidry Funeral Home in LaPlace is in charge of arrangements.
