PIERCE, WOODROW 
DIED: August 19, 2014

Woodrow G. "Woody" Pierce, 84, a native of Cut Off and resident of Thibodaux, 
died Tuesday, Aug. 19, 2014.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Thursday at Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church in Cut Off. A Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Thursday 
at the church, 

with burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery in Cut Off.

He is survived by his daughters, Tina Pierce Naquin and Angela Pierce Hebert; 
five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Jane Babin Pierce; son, Ronald 
Raymond Pierce; and parents, Arthur Charles Pierce and Mae Grabert Pierce.

Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements
