Carroll Rouen, 80, a native of Houma, formally of Thibodaux, and resident of 
Houma, died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date. 

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Titus Rouen; brother, J.C. Rouen III, of 
Thibodaux; and sister, Patsy Rouen, of Thibodaux. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph C. Jr. and Rita LeBoeuf Rouen; 
and sister, Earline Oncale. 

Falgout Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
