Rita Morvant Stein, 73, a native and resident of Choupic, passed away Saturday, 
August 30, 2014. 
She was born June 16, 1941.

A visitaion will be held in her honor on Wednesday, September 03, 2014 at Our 
Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay from 8:00 AM until the Mass 
of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. 

The burial will follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church cemetery in 
Chackbay.

She is survived by her children; Wendy S. Percle and husband Timothy, and Randy 
J. Stein and wife Danielle; her two brothers, Murphy Morvant and wife Mary, and 
Earl Morvant and wife Edwina; and her loving grandchildren, Devin Percle and 
Maggie Stein.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Odessa Trosclair Morvant; 
sister, Virgie M. Becnel; and brother in law, Steven Becnel.

A special thanks to her family, friends, and Journey Hospice for their care.
