Paul Joseph Bonvillain, Jr., 50, a native of Grand Caillou and resident of 
Houma, died Monday, September 22, 2014 at 9:27 p.m.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until funeral 
time at the church. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 
2014 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 120 Mission Blvd., Houma, LA 70363. 

Burial will follow in New Zion Baptist Cemetery.

He is survived by: one son, Kyle Jacob Bonvillain of McDonough, GA; two 
daughters, Ashley Ann (James Ashdown) Bonvillain of McDonough, GA and Shanequa 
Chantal Bonvillain of Valdosta, GA; six sisters, Paula (Alvernes) Dunmiles of 
Gibson, LA, Carla (Warren) Johnson of Houma, LA, Angie (Ronnie) Garner of Baton 
Rouge, LA, Jacqueline (Timothy, Sr.) Spencer, Michele Bonvillain, and Sarmona 
(Roy, Jr.) Miller all of Houma, LA; and two brothers, Patrick (Kioka) 
Bonvillain of Houma, LA and Timothy (Anita) Bonvillain of Chacahoula, LA; .

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Paul Joseph, Sr. and Beverly Brown-
Bonvillain; maternal grandparents, Willis, Sr. and Victoria Matthews-Brown; and 
paternal grandparents, Willie, Sr. and Emma Rutledge-Bonvillain.
