A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Eloi Cemetery in Dularge. She is survived by her son, Kent A. Green; stepdaughter, Gloria Green Hobbs; grandsons, Alex and Jared Hightower; brothers, Russell, Malcolm "Mac" and Aloysius "Al" Poiencot; sisters-in-law, Betty, Vita F. and Maxine F. Poiencot; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Enos and Celine Poiencot; first husband, Nathan Earl Green; recent husband, Brantford "Ban" Dietrich; sister, Marguerite Nell Poiencot Bienvenu; brother, Burtman "Burt" Poiencot; sister-in- law, Dolly G. Poiencot; and brother-in-law, Ed Bienvenu. Joyce was born in Dularge to Celine Marguerite Guidry and Enos Joseph Poiencot on June 6, 1926. She was a long time resident of New Orleans, was very active in Petroleum Wives, and enjoyed playing golf and bridge. She was a fine homemaker and was well known for her cooking. She also enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Muhleisen and Son Funeral Home in Kenner is in charge of arrangements. ======================
