Wallace Ray Fatchett Sr., 57, a native and resident of Houma, died Wednesday, 
Sept. 24, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Coteau Baptist 
Church. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. 

He is survived by his daughter, Cassandra "Cassie" Fatchett; son, Wallace Ray 
Fatchett Jr. and wife, Joanie; sisters, Cynthia Fachett Daigle and husband, 
Lloyd, Christine Fachett Lyons and husband, Linard, and Patricia Fatchett Smith 
and husband, Charles "Butch"; brothers, Lynwood Fatchett and wife, Rhonda, and 
Jeffrey Fatchett and wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Ashton, Jada and Ariana 
Fatchett; and mother-in-law, Marion Boudreaux Henry. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marla Henry Fatchett; father, Charles Ray 
Fatchett; mother, Elise Theresa Authement Fatchett; grandfathers, Arthur Ray 
Fatchett and Wallace Joseph Authement; grandmothers, Ellen Lois Deese and 
Fabiola Marie Babin; father-in-law, Milton Henry; and nephew, Travis Fatchett. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with 
funeral expenses. 

Samart Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
