Phyllis Doucet Foret, 59, a native of Galliano and a resident of Lafayette, 
passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Thursday, September 25, 2014 and 
from 8:00 AM until 10:45 AM, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Falgout Funeral 
Homes, Galliano, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM, 
Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cut Off, LA, 

with burial to follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Church cemetery, Cut Off.

She is survived by her son, Damian "Bink" Foret and wife April; daughter, 
Michelle F. Naquin and husband Dwayne; companion, Andy Boyke; grandchildren, 
Peyton, Brooke, Isabella, Paul, Troy, David; mother, Nevette Doucet; brothers, 
Glenn, Richard, Jr., Derek Doucet and sister, Rachel Bourg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Brian Foret; father, Richard Doucet, 
Sr. and brother, Patrick Doucet.
