Claudette Marie Jackson, 49, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died 
at 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Old Fountain 
Missionary Baptist Church in Thibodaux. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at the church, 

with burial in Old Fountain Missionary Baptist Church cemetery in Thibodaux. 

She is survived by her daughter, Lenita LaShanne Marie Jackson; mother, Dorothy 
Andrews Jackson; sisters, Patricia Peltier and Monica Young; brothers, Aaron, 
Alvin, Eric, Charles, and John Jackson; and three grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Aaron Jackson; and brother, Michael 
Jackson. 

Jones Funeral Home in Houma is in charge of arrangements.
