C.R. ÒMikeÓ Johnson passed away, on Sunday, September 28, 2014. 
A native of New Orleans and resident of Kenner. 

Beloved husband of Paulina (Polly) Landry Johnson and father of Jill Johnson 
Barbier. Grandfather of Rachel Elizabeth Barbier and Riley Michael Barbier. Son 
of the late John W. Johnson and Fannie P. Johnson. Preceded in death by six 
brothers and sisters, John W. ÒBillÓ Johnson, Wallace W. Johnson, Louis L. 
Johnson, Percy E. Johnson, Cora J. Stone and Ruby J. Lala. Survived by numerous 
nieces and nephews. 

Mr. Johnson was a graduate of S. J. Peters High School and Southwestern 
Business College. He also attended Tulane University. 
He served in the U.S. Army, occupation duty in Japan during WWII. 
He was the Agent for the Associated Branch Pilots for 37 years. 
He was an avid horseman and raised and showed Arabian and Quarter horses, 
winning many ribbons and trophies. 

Relatives and friends of the family may visit from 9AM until funeral time 
Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Church, 119 LA Hwy 403, 
Paincourtville, LA. Religious Services will be at 11AM, at the church, 

with interment in St. Elizabeth Church cemetery, Paincourtville, LA. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elizabeth School, P.O. Drawer 
M, Paincourtville, La 70391.
