MILLER, ELLA   
 
Ella Mae Miller, 64, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died 
Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Pleasantview 
Baptist Church in Houma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the 
church, 

with burial in Southdown Cemetery. 

She is survived by her sons, Charles (Tiecha) Talley, of Houma, and Emanuel 
Miller, of Houma; daughter, Michelle Talley, of Houma; brothers, Eliza and 
George Talley; sisters, Victoria Robertson, Eula Pearl Miller, and Mahalia 
(Jessie) Lightell, of Houma; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen Talley and Elijah Miller; son, 
Alexander Talley; daughter, Maria Talley; brothers, Alvin and Leroy Talley; 
sister, Lillie Mae Talley; and grandparents, Victoria Young and Frank Naverra. 

Gertrude Geddes-Willis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
