Nacio Sr., 82, a native and resident of Larose, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 9,2014. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until funeral time Monday at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at noon Monday at the church, with burial in Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church cemetery. He is survived by his sons, Albert Nazio Jr. and wife, Penny, Allen Nacio and companion, Franny, and Darren Nacio Sr. and companion, Desiree; daughters, Neomia Watson and husband, Jason, and Shirley Shicksnider; brothers, Noel Jerry Nacio and Hypolite Nazio Sr.; sisters, Marcelite "Missy" Plaisance and Lucretia Braveman; grandchildren. Tiffany Cheramie, Joseph Nazio, Emma Nazio, Allena Nacio, Darren Nacio Jr., Raymond Billiot, Gary Billiot, Samantha Devalcourt, Amanda Hale, Jason Watson, and Jaysalyn Watson; great-grandchildren, Miley Cheramie, Brylie Cheramie, Khyleigh Cheramie, Raymond Matherne, Jailyn Billiot, Jayde Billiot, Renee Hale, Josiah Hale, Ella Bella Hale, Ebony Hale, and Luke Hale. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel T. Nacio; father, Francis Naceau; mother, Marceline Creppel Naceau; brother, Antoine Nacio; sisters, Frances Savoie, Pauline Nacio, Lucy Fontenot; and grandchildren, Albert Nazio III and Baby Girl Nazio.
