ROLAND "POKEY" SOUTHALL: Departed this life on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014 at 
Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. 
He was 56, a native and resident of Thibodaux, LA. 

Visiting at Moses Baptist Church, 1032 Canal Blvd., Thibodaux, LA from 8:00am 
to Religious Services at 10:00am Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014. 

Burial in Moses Baptist Church cemetery. 

Survived by his parents, James and Lou Audrey Southall of Thibodaux, LA; 3 
daughters, Shalon Tucker of St. Rose, LA, Nellie (Nolan) Vicks of Thibodaux, 
LA, and Stacy Brocks of Houston, TX; 3 brothers, Stanford Southall of Irving, 
CA, Jonathan and Malcolm Southall of Thibodaux, LA; 3 sisters, Winifred 
(Nathaniel) Coleman of Houma, LA, Coleen Miller of Las Vegas, NV, and Linda 
Southall of Thibodaux, LA; Also 1 grandchild, and a host of aunts, uncles, 
nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Preceded in death by a daughter, Victoria Brown; a sister, Karen Southall; a 
grandmother, Amber Tucker.
