Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1409.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Enola Ann Trahan, 94, a native of Pointe-aux-Chenes and resident of Houma, passed away at 5:23 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery II. She is survived by her daughters, Jerrylene Trahan Fontenot and husband, Paul N. Fontenot, of Ville Platte, and Cindy Trahan Cenac and husband, Dr. Christopher Cenac Sr., of Houma; grandchildren, Maria Fontenot Kirkland and husband, William, of Knoxville, Tennessee, Dr. Eric Paul Fontenot and wife, Michelle, of Lafayette, Brad McDonald and wife, Michelle, of Houma, Greta Fontenot Richard and husband, Joey, of Rayne, and Brent John Cenac and wife, Mandy, of Houma; step-grandchildren, Dr. Christopher Cenac Jr and wife, Audra, of Houma, and Dr. Sarah Cenac Jackson and husband, Konrad, of Metairie; numerous great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and sister, Jessie LeBoeuf Thibodaux. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice E. Trahan; parents, Narcisse LeBoeuf and Olida Richard LeBoeuf; daughter, Martha Jane Trahan McDonald and husband, James McDonald; grandson, Craig M. Fontenot; step-grandson, Henri P. Cenac; great-granddaughter, Lola Ann Cenac; brothers, Caliste, Easton and Jeffrey LeBoeuf; and sisters, Ethel LeBoeuf Naquin, Notile "Sue" LeBoeuf Davis, and Louella LeBoeuf Boquet. Enola was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading, sewing, cooking, and playing rummy with her sister and close friend, Stella Duplantis. She always relished the moments she spent with her family and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of The Homestead at Cottage Drive, the staff of Terrebonne Homecare, and the staff of Fresenius Dialysis Services of Houma, Father Wilmer Todd, Dr. Richard Abben, Dr. Peter Fail, Dr. Hermenio Suazo and Dr. Jules Dupont for their kindness and loving care.
