Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafourche/obits/dateobits/2014/f1410.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Clarence Joseph Badeaux, 86, a native of Cut Off and former resident of Westwego and Marrero, joined his beloved parents, Horace and Hattie Badeaux, along with his sister, Rosemary Terrebonne, in his eternal home with his Lord and Savior, Monday, Oct. 27, 2014. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until funeral time Saturday at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Larose. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery in Larose. He is survived by his children, Karen B. Kristensen (Keld), Clarence P. Badeaux (Anna), Dennis J. Badeaux (Felicia), Christopher A. Badeaux (Deborah), and Elizabeth B. Sheets (William); grandchildren, Jonathan, Thomas, Aaron, Stacey, Mellissa, Dennis, Lance, Dustin, Christopher, Amber, Brandon, Romel, and Nicholas; siblings, Daniel Badeaux, Lloyd "Chip" Badeaux, Betty Martin, Ruth Hebert, and Esther Horning; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. "Bad Boy Badeaux" was a pioneer in the world of wrestling, being one of the original competitors in the Southeast Region. A man who was passionate about people and a true believer in Christ, Clarence will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He retired from Avondale Harvey Shipyard as an outside machinist after more than 20 years. Clarence served our country in the Panama Canal as a member of the Merchant Marines. The family extends heartfelt thanks to his special niece, Roxie Bruno, and caregivers Ethel Johnson and Kathy Scienoux, for their loving tenderness and devotion.
