A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20 at Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church in Cut Off for Loy A. Duet, 81, a native of Galliano and 
resident of Cut Off, who passed away on October 16, 2014.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. service at the church 

with burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery.

He is survived by wife, Therese Raymond Duet; son, Loyal Duet and wife JoAnne; 
daughters, Charlotte Pitre and husband Randy, Laurie Collins and husband Nicky; 
grandchildren, Eric LeBouef, Rob Collins, Lindsay Duet; great grandchild, 
Isabella LeBouef.

He was preceded in death by parents, Mr. & Mrs. Fedless Duet; and grandchild, 
Ronnie Pitre.

He adored his wife, family and grandkids. He loved hunting, fishing, his camp 
and travelling.
